[6.x] Background colors are looking off when viewing an asset #13410

Bug description
While testing a new color scheme, I stumbled upon this asset view.
The top blue is not in my color scheme and I think it is strangely mixing with another color. My primary and accent background colors are #000091 for this theme (Color Moods - La French Touch).
