Student developer pack can't be transferred to new Github account, even after adding my school email

Hi everyone,

Hello everyone, I signed up for the student developer pack 2 years ago, went through the whole process and was approved.
However, early this year I lost access to my old Github account, I unlinked my primary email and school email from the lost account and upon trying to reclaim the student developer package on my new account (which has the primary and school email on it now), I'm told that the unlinked school email has already been used to acquire the student developer pack on the account I lost.
What do I do? Where do I escalate matters to? Is it even possible to transfer my student benefits to my new account?

You can’t transfer the Student Developer Pack for the new account, you need to contact GitHub Support directly.

Go to: https://support.github.com/contact
Choose Student Developer Pack and explain that you lost access to your old account and now your school email can't be used.

Only GitHub Support can reset or move the benefits to your new account i guess.
