How to evaluate on lvis by using the fully-supervised setting?

I'm trying to run train_transfer_learning.sh under the fully-supervised setting of lvis.
However, it seems that there is no relevant command in train_transfer_learning.sh.
Which config file and pth file should I use?
Could please help me with this issue? Thanks.
