Add inverse trigonometric operations #3270

Hello!
I've noticed candle lacks inverse trigonometric functions. Namely, acos, asin, and atan.
It'd be great to have them included. I'm more than willing to attempt implementing them.
The reason this came up was because I wanted to implement those functions for Burn as part of expanding its ONNX compatibility. Burn has candle as a backend, so having the operators implemented upstream here seemed nice.
If this is out of scope though, no worries!
