Replace this.setAttribute -> this.core.setAttribute in GenerateJob

This is an artifact of the logic before TwoPhaseCore where the staging of edits was handled by the plugin itself rather than a wrapper for the webgme core. As this has been updated, we should revert to the plugin convention.
