Fix System test LIBRARY_TARGET_BRANCH

Motivation

Configure ST to use java tracer specific branch was not working properly, for instance [Java@alejandro.gonzalez/security-response-id] enable security response id test is using snapshot from master instead of alejandro.gonzalez/security-response-id branch
