Repeated rejection for GitHub Student Pack despite matching name & valid bonafide certificate/ College ID / Transcript.

Hi everyone,

I am repeatedly facing rejection while applying for the GitHub Student Developer Pack, and I would appreciate guidance on what might still be missing.

What I have already ensured:

My GitHub profile name exactly matches my academic records.

• My billing name and additional billing information match my full legal name and institute.
• I uploaded a bonafide certificate on official university letterhead, signed and stamped, clearly mentioning:
• Full name
• Full institute name
• Academic session
• Active enrollment status

Despite this, my application is still rejected with the message stating that my academic affiliation could not be verified.

Could someone please help me understand:

If there is any specific formatting or wording required in the bonafide certificate?

Whether institute name abbreviations (if any) can cause rejection?

If there is anything else I should update in my GitHub profile before reapplying?

I want to make sure my next application is correct and avoid further rejections.
