Approved 8 days ago but still no access to Student Pack benefits (No PRO badge)

Hi everyone,

I applied for the GitHub Student Developer Pack and my application was approved 8 days ago. However, I still haven't received access to the benefits (GitHub Copilot, offers, etc.).

According to the GitHub Education page, the process usually takes up to 72 hours (3 days), but it has been over a week now and I'm still waiting.

Current status:

My account verification status shows as "Verified" / "Approved".

I haven't received any welcome email regarding the benefits activation.

I still don't see the PRO badge on my profile.

Copilot is asking for a subscription instead of being free.

Has anyone experienced a delay this long (over a week)? Should I continue to wait, or is there a specific way to contact support for this issue?
