Unable to reapply for Student Developer Pack – redirected to pricing page after denial

Hi everyone,

Hello GitHub Education team,

My GitHub Student Developer Pack application was previously denied.

Since then, I have:

• Verified my academic email
• Corrected my billing name to match my academic documents
• Prepared valid proof of enrollment

However, when I click “Start application”, I am always redirected to the general pricing page and cannot access the application form to reapply.

I understand that individual manual reviews are no longer handled via support tickets. I am posting here because I believe my Education application state may be stuck and preventing reapplication.
Has anyone experienced this, and is there a way to reset or unlock the reapplication flow?
