GitHub Education Application Denials Despite Following Guidelines

Hi everyone,

I've been having trouble with my GitHub Education application. Even after following the advice in the community discussions (changing my account name and trying from different devices), my application keeps getting denied.

Could you please look into this and let me know if there's anything else I can do to resolve this? I'd really appreciate your help.

Hi @qsm-beg,

Make sure to submit a dated academic transcript and don't use a VPN, fill in your billing info and GitHub profile with your full name EXACTLY as it appears on your academic transcript. Then log out and log back into GitHub before reapplying, because the application system gets stuck in a loop even after the required information has been updated.

If you still get rejected, submit the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC.
