Issue Accessing GitHub Student Developer Pack #175037

Hi @al0nec0der !! That redirect usually happens for one of three reasons: Not enrolled / expired verification – If your GitHub account isn’t currently verified as a student, the Education site will send you to the pricing page. You can check your status at: GitHub Education – Discount Requests. Outstanding request – If you already submitted an application, you’ll see the pricing page until your request is reviewed. This can take a couple of weeks. Browser/session issue – Sometimes cached sessions cause the wrong redirect. Try: Clearing browser cache/cookies. ✅ If your application is pending or expired, just wait for the Education team to review or reapply with your school-issued email and supporting documents. If the redirect persists even when your status shows “verified,” open a ticket at GitHub Support under Education → GitHub Global Campus and include your screen recording (like the one you attached). |

Hi everyone,
I am currently experiencing an issue while trying to access the GitHub Student Developer Pack. Whenever I attempt to open the benefits page (including through https://education.github.com
), I am redirected to the pricing page instead of the student benefits or application page.
I have verified that I am signed into my GitHub account, but the problem still persists. Could you please look into this issue and let me know if there are any steps I should take to resolve it?
Thank you for your support.
