GitHub Education Pack Application - Re-application button disabled

Hi everyone,

My application was revoked about 2 months ago, and the 'Start an application' button is still greyed out. I would like to know when I can re-apply.
Also, I can't see the reason why I was revoked.

Hi @SweetFriedPotato,

Actually, it looks like you still have access to your benefits, since you still have a student coupon applied to your account, which is why the button is disabled.

Go to your payment information settings, under Coupon check if it's still applied (you should also see the exact expiration date).

If you still haven't claimed your Copilot PRO offer, click on this signup link or try to redeem others benefits on the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select any offer that suits you.

Otherwise, contact support by opening a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.
