Hi @Ayzzee, You have to fill in your billng info and complete your GItHub profile with your full name exactly as it appears on your academic transcript. Once done, log out and log back into GitHub before reapplying, as for some reason the application system gets stuck in a loop even after the required information has been updated. If you still get rejected, submit the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC. If none of the above works, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select " |

Hi everyone,
Hello,
I’m having trouble getting my application for the GitHub Student Developer Pack approved.
I am currently a student, but I’m on a gap year doing an internship abroad. I am still officially enrolled in my university and hold full student status.
For my application, I submitted:
my valid enrollment certificate,
my signed internship agreement,
and I also completed my GitHub profile as requested.
However, my requests keep getting denied without any clear explanation (see attached screenshot). I have tried several times with all the necessary documents, but nothing seems to work.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation while being on a gap year or internship abroad?
Is there any way to directly reach out to the GitHub Education team to clarify my case?
Thanks in advance for your help!
