Only have two themes available when starting helix in bash

When I start helix in terminal using a bash shell I only have two themes available when running :theme, but if I use zsh or fish in the same terminal they are all there.

Any ideas to why this is happening?

In each shell will you run "echo $HELIX_RUNTIME"?

I get no output for either of them

The issue was that the bash shell was referencing an older (dev version at the time) local build.
