Brave doesn't have an extension store and uses the Chrome extension store, so you can install it with no issues.
Not sure if Edge and Opera also allow installing extensions from the Chrome store, too. If they do, you can use it from there; otherwise, yeah, they will need to be added to their relative store.
A quick look at Wikipedia on Waterfox says it uses Firefox add-ons, so you can install it from there. Wikipedia also claims it supports the Chrome and Opera stores?

yes the chrome extension can also be used for Microsoft Edge browser and also other chromium based browsers as well
